An application funnel for potential new employees
FiQore needed to streamline their hiring process so it took less time away from their team members. So the first thing they did was create a recruiting funnel to automate the screening process for new applicants. Through ads they ran on job sites, applicants enrolled themselves directly into a company overview on FiQore’s SOAR platform. There, applications learned about the company, products and the position for which they were applying. By building a good screening funnel, the platform’s intelligence determined whether or not an applicant was qualified for the position. Only applicants who were qualified, educated on the job and interested in pursuing it were moved on in the process. The platform automated all of this and passed only the best candidates to the hiring team, saving them countless hours.
Onboarding and training new and existing employees
Once new employees were hired, FiQore used the platform to onboard and train them. They automated their new employee orientation process and paperwork, taking up no one’s time. The platform could then seamlessly move them into the company’s product and process training, all of which was provided online on demand. The platform even verified that new hires understood and agreed to the content by testing them throughout the training. By using the platform this way, the company built a digital record for HR on every newly onboarded employee. This record included onboarding paperwork, training verification, notifications, compliance agreement and more.
An ideal solution for account servicing
FiQore also used a SOAR platform as an account servicing tool to train and coach their clients. Now, their nationwide clients could get continued information and education on the company’s new product releases, features and benefits. They even included content from the College of Automotive Management, the nation’s top-rated automotive vocational career training school. The platform’s chat feature allows them to communicate directly with individual clients. This allows for private coaching, support, encouragement, praise and exhortation, fostering stronger relationships with clients.
